NZ First MP Asenati Lole-Taylor says street prostitution is rife in Manukau, Christchurch and other areas. In Parliament yesterday she questioned Prime Minister John Key about what the Government intended doing to curb it. Mr Key said the Local Government Act empowered councils to make by-laws.
