Longevity link to gap between babies – and marriage!

The strain of looking after more than one baby or young child at the same time can shorten the lives not only of mothers but of fathers as well, according to research published today.
A huge study based on data from three sources suggests that the recipe for a long and healthy life is for women to have a single, long-standing marriage and about two children, two or three years apart.
